For more than two decades, this woman-owned small business has been creating innovative solutions, including their revolutionary product: Tracking At-A-Glance® (TAAG), a comprehensive, web-based software application for case management and performance tracking, enabling housing authorities to streamline service delivery, automate the case management process, and manage caseloads from intake through program completion.
Our teams saw a powerful opportunity to serve the growing needs of organizations across the country by integrating TAAG with our own Doorways application.
While the initial integration will share Head of Household details, Household Composition, and Income/Asset/Expense information between the two applications, we envision an expanded partnership, including the creation of an API connection to track additional features of the TAAG interface, from FSS, ROSS, and Case Management to Jobs Plus, reporting and more. The result: a seamless experience for housing authorities using the Kanso platform – and better outcomes for end users at the heart of our work.
